About our reusable packaging
Our system is designed to allow us to reuse packaging as much as we can whilst also ensuring the product gets to you in perfect condition. Our pouches are designed with one-way valve technology which means that once you’ve emptied the product at home, no air or contaminant can get back into the pouch.
Once you return it to us, we do a full quality check for cleanliness and then refill with exactly the same product. Each pouch has a unique digital passport ID so we know exactly which product batch has been used and how long it has been in circulation for. All pouches are withdrawn after 24 months in circulation to ensure product integrity.
Not only are we eliminating huge volumes of plastic waste, but we’ve completed a Lifecycle Analysis which shows our pouches are up to 90% more carbon efficient than single use packaging.
Once the pouch comes to the end of its reusable life, we aggregate and recycle into secondary products with our specialist UK partner. If you have any questions or feedback about our packaging, please get in touch at [email protected].
